How to prepare Black tea

Iced black tea

Quickly pour black tea into a glass filled with ice, stir quickly.

It is easy to make, but it is even better if you remember some tricks to making a delicious and visually appealing ice tea. When hot tea is poured into a glass with ice, it may become cloudy white due to temperature changes. The point is to choose tea leaves with low tannins, such as Kandy, Keemun, Dimbula, and Java. Stir immediately after pouring into the glass.

STEP 1

Prepare two teapots; one for brewing the black tea and one for cooling the black tea.

STEP 2

Put tea leaves appropriate for the number of people and one extra scoop in the teapot.

STEP 3

Put hot water (half a teacup per-serving, accounting for ice to be added later).

STEP 4

Pour the tea into the teapot for cooling using a tea strainer.

STEP 5

Quickly pour black tea into ice filled teacups, stir quickly.
